As a physician and coach, I work to educate individuals on a whole body approach to success. I have worked across cultures, languages, and disciplines and have always been passionate about creating a balanced and fulfilling life for myself and for those around me.
I am passionate about empowering and supporting my clients to better understand their bodies and minds. I use a whole-body approach to well being, along with science-backed tools, to help clients achieve greater personal development.
I strive to empower my clients to recognize blind spots, push through boundaries, overcome obstacles, and clarify their priorities. I am available as an executive and life coach, working one-on-one with clients, but also as a dynamic educator and speaker. I present workshops and seminars on a wide variety of topics related to health and wellness, including stress mitigation, resiliency, management of change and uncertainty, and mind-body connection.
